• We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks • Payments may be made in person by cash, check or credit card through the Online Registration until the 5th of each month. • We offer Reoccurring Payment Processing, which is the best way to insure your account is current. • If a student’s tuition is not paid in full by the 5th of the month, the card you have on file will be charged for that months tuition. If by some chance the payment does not go through, your account will be charged a $15.00 late fee on the 10th. • If a student’s tuition is not paid in full by the end of the month, then the student will be dismissed from his/her classes. • There is a $30 NSF/Returned Check fee. If we receive a returned check due to Non-Sufficient Funds or Account Closed, we will give you the opportunity to correct the situation, within 10 days of you being notified. You will receive notification from L.P.A.A.’s Accounts Manager via phone call and/or e-mail. You will need to pay L.P.A.A. the original amount of the check plus a $30 return check fee. After 10 days, if the problem has not been corrected, the student will be dismissed from his/her classes. • If L.P.A.A. receives more than two (2) Returned Checks for NSF/Account Closed for the same student/family, you will need to pay the students account in cash from that point on. • If a student is on a Competition Team(s), the students fees, costumes & etc. must be paid in full, in order for the student to compete. If fees are not paid, you will be charged a $15 late fee per dance entered.
Merchandise/Special Orders
• L.P.A.A. will only order merchandise, reserve tickets, etc. with payment in advance..JPG) Costumes
• Costume deposits are non-refundable.
• Costumes must be paid in full at time of ordering, or your students costume will not be ordered.
• If you miss the deadline to order the costume and an emergency order must be placed on your behalf, any additional cost added by the vendor for a rush/short order will be added to the students account.
• When costumes arrive, if a student has anything owed on their account, the costume(s) for said student will be held, until the account reflects a $0 balance.
• If a student’s account is not at a $0 balance by the 15th of May, the student will not be allowed to participate in the Recital.
• If a costume deposit is paid, then the student withdraws from L.P.A.A. (by the proper paperwork), the student may pay the balance in order to receive the costume. Once an order has been made there will be no cancellations or refunds.  Class Attendance
• It is imperative that you are in your class on time, dressed and ready to go. Classes will begin promptly. If you are late to class, please enter the class quietly and go to the back of the classroom.
• If you miss two or more classes you can see your instructor or Ms. Starla for a list of lower level classes you may attend to make up the class.
Miscellaneous Information
• Make sure we have your current email address and notify us when there is a change.
• If a student has been hurt or injured prior to a competition and/or recital, L.P.A.A. must have a Doctors Release, in order for the student to participate.
• We love teaching your children; however, we do not love cleaning up after them. Please make certain that your child cleans up their mess. Thank you.
• For safety reasons: There is to be no running, skipping or jogging allowed in the studio.
• Children are not allowed to run around outside without parent supervision. We are located in a busy strip center and your child’s safety is priority.
• If students have been instructed to wait outside for their parents to pick them up, we ask that they remain directly in front of the studio windows outside the front doors.
• L.P.A.A. is not responsible for watching and/or supervising children outside of the instruction area. 
Dress Code
• All Ballet students must wear a black leotard and pink ballet tights, and pink ballet shoes. They may wear a sheer black demi skirt over the leotard. Any other clothing will be removed during class.
• Pre-Ballet students should be in leotard, tights and skirt. Ballet skirts and one-piece dance skirts are acceptable.
• Hair must be up and secured away from the face. All Ballet students must wear a bun.
• For all other classes, females should wear leotards and tights. If you wear Spanx you must make sure they are long enough, and wear tights under them. Cheer shorts may be worn but you must wear Spanx or a leotard under them. Jazz pants and capris are acceptable in all classes.
• Males should wear Body Armour tops and bottoms, tank tops and/or basketball shorts.
• No jewelry may be worn while in dance class.
• We strongly encourage all dancers to wear street clothes over their dance attire. What is appropriate in a dance room is not always appropriate on the street or in the lobby.
• Appropriate Shoes – Your instructor will tell you their shoe preference at registration or on the first day of class. - back to top of page - |
